HOW TO APPLY FOR AVID

This includes:

- Type of Organization
- Required Documents
Wait for Approval
The Quezon City Film Commission (QCFC) team will review your application within five to seven (5-7) business days.
We may contact you or your references to verify information or request further details about your pending application.
Build Your Profile
Once approved, you will receive an email notification with your login credentials and instructions.
You may then complete your profile with an organization bio.

Note: To register for AVID, your Valid ID or Proof of Work Engagement must show that you live in Quezon City or have worked on a project based in Quezon City. Only one is required.

Organizations can register if they are based in Quezon City or actively engage in activities, programs, partnerships, or projects that serve the audiovisual sector within the city. School-based or interest-based organizations connected to Quezon City institutions are also eligible.
No, registration is completely free.
Yes, you can update your organization profile after it has been published in the registry. However, please note that any updates will go through the approval process again.
To complete your organization registration, you must submit any one (1) of the following per category.
- Any one (1) proof of organization registration, such as:
- SEC Certificate of Incorporation
- DTI Certificate of Registration
- Non-Profit or NGO Accreditation
- Government-Affiliated or Local Government Unit (LGU) Endorsements
- School Endorsement (for academic or school-based organizations)
- Endorsement Letters from Accredited Industry Organizations
- Membership Registration Mechanics and Guidelines
- This refers to your organization’s internal guidelines for admitting members, including eligibility, application process, and roles or privileges (if applicable). If your group has a constitution or bylaws that cover this, you may submit those documents instead.
