- Required Documents
Wait for Approval
The Quezon City Film Commission (QCFC) team will review your application within five to seven (5-7) business days.
We may contact you or your references to verify information or request further details about your pending application.
BUILD YOUR PROFILE
Once approved, you will receive an email notification with your login credentials and instructions.
You may then complete your profile with the following:
- Company Bio
- List of Services

Note: To register for AVID, your Valid ID or Proof of Work Engagement must show that you live in Quezon City or have worked on a project based in Quezon City. Only one is required.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Your company or business must either (1) be based in Quezon City—such as having your main office, headquarters, or branch located in the city—and/or (2) have projects, services, or operations based in Quezon City. You do not need to do all your work in QC, but there must be a demonstrated connection to the city
No, registration is completely free.
Yes, you may list all applicable services that best represent your company or business.
Yes, you can update your company profile after it has been published in the registry. However, please note that any updates will go through the approval process again.
To complete your company registration, you must submit any one (1) of the following per category.
- Any one (1) proof of business registration, such as:
- SEC Certificate of Incorporation (for corporations or partnerships)
- DTI Certificate of Business Name Registration (for sole proprietorships)
- Business Permit / Mayor’s Permit
- Municipal or City License
- Barangay Business Clearance
- Any one (1) proof of tax clearance/registration, such as:
- BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)
- BIR Tax Clearance Certificate
