Note: To register for AVID, your Valid ID or Proof of Work Engagement must show that you live in Quezon City or have worked on a project based in Quezon City. Only one is required.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT, DATA COLLECTION, AND DATA PRIVACY

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

By registering in the AVID Registry, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I authorize the Quezon City Film Commission (QCFC) to collect and process my personal and professional information for the purposes of registration, verification, and participation in the AVID Registry for audiovisual workers, companies, and organizations.
  2. I understand that my information will be handled in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
  3. I consent to receiving updates, announcements, and opportunities from QCFC through email or other communication channels.

DATA COLLECTION

QCFC values your privacy and is committed to the secure and responsible handling of your information. The AVID Registry collects personal and professional data provided directly by users during registration. This may include, but is not limited to: your name, contact details, employment history, skills, affiliation, and submitted documents.

Additional technical data may be collected automatically through the use of digital services, solely for improving user experience and maintaining system integrity.

DATA PRIVACY

All personal data collected will be stored and processed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your data will only be used for the following purposes:

  • To verify your eligibility and maintain the integrity of the AVID Registry.
  • To match you with relevant opportunities, support services, and programs.
  • To enable QCFC to develop data-informed policies and initiatives.
  • To share anonymized, aggregate data with relevant government bodies for sectoral planning.

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law or necessary to deliver core services.
